Terms of service

Last updated: June 28, 2026.

Important. AIMer's camera-assisted scoring is an aid, not a referee. It may need your manual confirmation and does not replace the official judge or the approved target system in competition. Use it to train and keep your records, not as an official result.

What AIMer is

AIMer is a mobile app for iOS and Android focused on sport shooting. It locates the hits on a target with the phone's camera, scores them according to the applicable ruleset, and lets you organise your firearms, your ammunition, your sessions and your shooting history. All of that data is stored on your device.

Licence to use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to install and use AIMer on your devices for your own sporting practice. The app and its contents (code, design, brand, text and images) belong to its developer and are protected by intellectual property law.

Acceptable use

You may use AIMer to train and keep a record of your strings. You may not:

The use of firearms, ammunition and shooting facilities is your responsibility and must comply at all times with the regulations, licences and safety measures applicable in your country and at your range. AIMer is a logging and training tool; it does not enable, authorise or regulate any shooting activity.

Trial and subscription

AIMer includes a 30-day trial from first use. When the trial ends, to keep using the scoring features you need an auto-renewable annual subscription.

Renewal and cancellation are governed by Apple's or Google's terms. You can check the status and turn off auto-renewal from your store account settings.

Camera scoring is an aid

AIMer is provided "as is". Hit detection and score computation depend on image quality, lighting, framing, target type and other conditions, so we do not guarantee absolute accuracy. The score is indicative and may require your manual review or correction. It is neither an assessment of your technique nor an approved result: in competition, the valid result is the one issued by the judge or the official system.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AIMer and its developer are not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the app, from errors in the automatic scoring, from loss of local data (for example, on uninstalling the app or switching device without a backup), or from decisions made based on the logged information. Keep device backups if the data matters to you.

Changes to the app and these terms

We may update the app and these terms. Substantial changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date and, where relevant, in the release notes. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law and, where applicable, by European Union law. For any dispute, and unless applicable consumer law provides otherwise, the courts of the consumer's domicile shall have jurisdiction.
